RocketHREF provides tools to help businesses improve their visibility on Google Maps and AI-based search platforms. Features vary based on your selected plan.

3. Account & Eligibility

To access the Services, you must register with accurate information and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Pricing may include applicable taxes
  • Invoices are sent via email

5. Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

If you’ve recently signed up and feel the service isn’t the right fit, you can contact us. We review refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

We focus on long-term relationships, not lock-ins.

6. Fair Usage Policy

You agree not to misuse, resell, or abuse the platform. Accounts violating fair usage may be suspended.

7. Your Data & Access

  • We never ask for sensitive credentials like passwords

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content and tools are owned by RocketHREF. You are granted a limited license to use the service.

However, results may vary depending on your business, competition, and third-party platforms like Google.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts for misuse or violations. You can request account deletion anytime.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in courts located in New Delhi.
