2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription by sending an email to team@rockethref.com within 24 hours of purchase or renewal.
  • Cancellation requests received within this time window will result in immediate cancellation of access and processing of a refund as per the terms below.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of purchase or renewal will not be eligible for cancellation or refund for that billing period.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the cancellation request is verified, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days via the original payment method used (through Razorpay).
  • Refunds are applicable only to payments made directly through business.rockethref.com.
  • Refunds may be subject to deduction of applicable Razorpay or bank processing fees.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested beyond the 24-hour period.
  • Custom or enterprise plans activated after consultation are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable in case of service usage or access during the billing period.
